Abstract:

Rural community is the social foundation of rural governance， the endogenous impetus of rural development and the ideal pursuit of rural revitalization. Through the analysis of the historical evolution of Lijiang rural community and the investigation of four rural community construction cases， the article reveals that the rural community itself has the ability and mechanism to constantly adjust and update itself with the social changes， while the institutional authority formed by external state forces and the endogenous order formed by internal social forces run through it. Reducing the tension of institutional authority and endogenous order and strengthening the cohesion and endogenous power of rural community construction is the path selection of building a rural community with shared responsibility， shared interests， shared culture and national cohesion.
